Description
Viscount Bradley's three nephews can split his fortune, but only if each redeems a fallen woman by marriage. Now all depends on the youngest, Peregrine Sullivan. The twenty thousand pounds that their father promised Alexandra Douglas and her invalid sister has vanished into the hands of their greedy cousin. Alexandra embarks on a charade to infiltrate Combe Abbey, her ancestral home, and take the money back. Visiting the abbey, Perry is intrigued: is this middle-aged spinster with a young woman's eyes in need of rescue?
